Laura Sortwell is a bold Texas-based singer-songwriter and entertainer. She draws upon a multitude of cross-genre musical influences to make country music her own.
Spending her childhood summers in North Carolina and Michigan, she fell in love with Keith Urban, Jo Dee Messina, and Bob Seger.
After graduating from Georgetown University in DC with a business degree, Laura rebelled against her family's wishes and pursued the music career she knew was her destiny. She started writing songs and listening to Jason Isbell - and she hasn't stopped since!
